Holiday Herbal Bath Salts
Bath salts are a lovely way to relax and hydrate your skin in the winter. You can infuse the salts with mantras and prayers as you make by chanting or singing while you work. Do not use table salt when making bath salts. It is best to make bath salts with Epsom salt, sea salt, kosher salt or a combination of these. In general add between 1 tablespoon to ¼ cup of bath salts to a warm bath.
